He has detailed & in-depth knowledge of Corporate Law, Direct tax Law, Indirect Tax Law and Allied Laws. He is specialized in scrutiny department of Income Tax, Sales Tax & Service tax. He has tact knowledge of Appeals work in Income Tax & Sales Tax matters. He has excelled in finalization of Income tax & Banking Audits.

Darshan P. He is the engagement partner for audits of companies & partnership firms.
He is also vested with the responsibility for training human resources of the Firm & other responsibilities of the firm (Kharghar Branch)
